I was fortunate to be a part of a community of women and men who taught me about herbs to take care of my reproductive health. Dong Quia is my go too and I used it in tonic syrup called Tang Keri Gin herbal mixture. Chinese also has Fo-Ti (Ho Shu Wu) and Shou Wu Shih tonics these are blood. Spleen and kidney support. Please do your research. It can be found in some Korean stores or on Amazon. Do your research. Also check out yarrow, milk thistle, red raspberry, gold rod, blue and black cohosh teas and tinctures depending on where you are on the child birthing to menopausal spectrum they are good to have on hand.
As an anemic who hates iron pills, I learned about RAW green bananas and molasses smoothie which are high in iron and potassium. Simply cut up a half of a green banana in half skin and all put in blender with two table spoons of blackstrap molasses and almond milk. You may add dates to help sweeten. Google the benefits of green bananas and all other herbs. Please feel free to reach out with questions.
